- Identify work place safety hazards and regulatory violations;

- Locate and apply relevant OSHA and UAE safety regulations;

- Explain how accidents are caused and be able to investigate accidents;

- Explain how HSE is managed in an organization;

- Collect and analyze safety data and use this information to manage risk;

- Develop an inspection checklist and conduct and successful safety inspections;

- Minimize accident and health and safety risks across the organization.
