Innovation Fair Oman is an informal fair that brings together innovators, entrepreneurs and stakeholders (financing institutions) in a conducive friendly atmosphere. Similar fairs are conducted in many countries around the world where participants meet together and display their innovations.

The purpose of this fair is to create channels of dialogue and network between innovators, entrepreneurs and stakeholders (financing institutions). Also, to encourage small and medium enterprises in Oman to harvest on local creativity that may contribute to overall improvements in their products and services, or may lead to the development of new products and services. There are lots of potential entrepreneurs in Oman who have great ideas for businesses but who may not have the confidence or the support to take the leap towards an innovative project.
