- This program provides primary care physicians, physician assistants and nurses with an update on endocrine disorders. Upon completion, participants should be able to: Explain the steps for managing osteoporosis and other calcium-related disorders. Determine appropriate therapies for treating Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. Discuss the clinical approaches to cholesterol and lipid disorders management.
