- Introduction
- The Course uses a simple framework to describe -and control-the essentials of project management. The framework is called IASDEO, which stands for the first letters of the six phases each project -in fact, any undertaking-moves through:
Identify: the phase in which we make sure we understand what we're getting ourselves into
Assess: the phase in which we make sure we look wide enough to convince ourselves of the projects feasibility
Select: the phase in which we select the key concepts and strategies that will shape our development
Define: the phase in which we draw up the detailed requirements of the project, and get ready for the final investment decision
Execute: the phase in which the projects main scope is executed
Operate: the phase in which the value of the development will be realised
