- Introduction
- The city at night in winter around Shimanose Park in the center of Sasebo is decorated with beautiful illuminations. The walls of Shimanose Art Museum in the center of the park stand out as it is decorated with massive electrical light art. During the Festival, various events are held each year including a residents' party at Japan's longest arcade.
