- CMF 2015 in its 3rd edition with the theme, ‘Empowering Private Businesses towards Long Term Sustainability’’ would be tackling the current pressing challenges and seek them to convert into opportunities. Gulf Capital Markets need to be unified and modernized towards creating a stronger global footprint and leveraging greater global power. As a first step towards this goal, the private sectorof Oman hasto be provided a holistic perspective about the consequences and the process of going public. The first day would be focussing on understanding the process, exploring options, legal challenges, valuation and financing considerations, dealing with sentiments and dynamics. The second day would be focussing on two intensive workshops on Practical aspects to consider before going public and formulating shareholder or partnership agreements.
