  • Introduction  
  • The objective of this event is to identify and implement interventions required to optimize the regulatory framework for the sustainable development of air transport in Africa. The meeting will address key issues such as the synergies between air transport and tourism; connectivity and air transport development; regulatory responses aimed at passengers; the role of international agreements to achieve balanced liberalization; the impact of taxation on the development of air transport; the cost of regulatory differences and best practices to enhance regulatory convergence.
