The committee started its work by the help of (24) British experts in order to present a comprehensive study that analyze and evaluate the performance of civil defence in Qatar and to be on line with the highest standards of the civil defence in the world in addition to demonstrate the deficiencies and shortcomings and to propose procedures and recommendations, to achieve the goals set by His Highness the Heir Apparent.
