- At AFC, we are committed to excellence in fitness training and education as well as to community building for professionals who are passionate and committed to building better health, fitness and performance in the Asian region for the general public, fitness enthusiasts, professional and amateur athletes of all ages. This year, we will focus on ensuring that our fitness professionals gain more knowledge and network more with allied health professionals, our theme in 2015 is Integration and Balance – helping our clients in multiple ways to look, feel, move, eat, balance, play and compete better and knowing how it all works to prevent disease, enhance mental acuity, psychological well being and more!
