- This construction defect seminar is the largest event of its kind worldwide focusing on construction defect and claims and is celebrating its 22nd anniversary in 2015. Over the past 10 years approximately 1550 attendees each years come from 40 U.S. states and several foreign countries to hear our speaker�s views on emerging issues of construction defects. Topics include prosecution, defense, coverage as well as new technologies and methods of dealing with construction defect related matters. Speakers include judges, attorneys, claims personnel and experts. Our audience is traditonally made up of judges, attorneys, claims adjusters, experts, contractors, underwriters, MGA�s, wholesale and retail brokers. MCLE/CE/CPD/CLE credits available from 40 state insurance departments and 20 state bars as well as other organizations. Sponsors and vendors number about 65 each year.
