- The 5th C&E Spring Meeting will celebrate its centennial year of AACC International to review the importance of cereals, and wheat in particular, in our daily diet and discuss the scientific progress in breeding, processing and nutritional aspects, with an outlook to the future. The Department of Applied Biotechnology and Food Science of Budapest University of Technology and Economics cordially invites you to the 5th Cereals & Europe Spring Meeting. Hungary has a long tradition and widely applied results in the areas of cereal breeding, chemistry and technology, qualification agricultural production and milling processes. Therefore it is our great pleasure that Budapest can host the European centennial event of AACCI.
