The conference aims at attracting a diversified audience made up of researchers and academia, industry representatives, legislators and stakeholders in general. The Scientific Committees, made up by well-known scientists worldwide, will shape up a rich and interesting program and the conference will be a wide and interesting forum touching on all cereals, pseudocereals and other grains. A table top exhibition and a poster session will complement oral presentations. Awards will be given to the best posters to encourage young researchers' participation.
