This workshop is for those involved in the delivery and commissioning of care in care homes. It is also of interest to those with a role in influencing the design and delivery of care in care homes, for example, those in an education role. We only ask that all attending are in a position to lead change in the delivery of care in care homes.

To encourage multi-disciplinary teams from the same organisations or systems to attend, we are offering four places for the price of three to any participating organisation or local system. 

How will you benefit from this workshop?

This workshop will help you to:

develop a shared vision for the care of frail older people with complex needs in care homes and gather examples of what works in practice 

ground this understanding in the experience of patients and their carers 

explore, test out ideas and co-produce your own models of care, with the advice and support of experts in the field and peers 

build connections with those who can support you as you seek to implement these ideas back in your organisations and systems.
