- This 5-day professional training programme will be of interest to Government civil servants and geoscientists working in the fields of petroleum legislation/ licensing and regulation, lawyers, negotiators and economists, representatives of Host Communities, International Oil Company geoscientists, lawyers, negotiators and economists working in New Venture Groups, International Oil Company Managers working in exploration and production.
