- Introduction
- With gas being a primary energy source in this region, attention is increasingly turning to unconventional sources with projects in shale gas planned, tight gas development gaining pace and sour gas evaluation increasing throughout the region, particularly in the UAE. With the Bab sour gas field in the UAE expected to start production in 2020, allied to the anticipated production from Shah of 15.3 mcm of network gas per day each project will contribute to the gas.
The SOGAT Exhibition will see a number of the world’s leading vendors and suppliers returning yet again to support the event together with new groups, thus making SOGAT 2015 a one stop review of all the latest international developments in Sour Hydrocarbon Management.
