  • The focus in the GCC region especially Kuwait is on developing the resilience of their crisis and risk management systems to improve injury-tolerance levels, minimize loss time while continuing to have the highest levels of safety. Emergency responders and risk management experts across the unified GCC region understand that the threat of oil spills, gas leaks, fire alarms and equipment breakdowns can result in a total disaster tarnishing reputation, loss of life and increasing downtime.
    Over the last 2 years, numerous government, oil, gas, petrochemical, power & water companies including ports, fire authorities and regional and international emergency response associations have taken part in the conference to discuss the rapidly changing threat environment and solutions for protecting their critical infrastructure and ensuring loss prevention. This year, the event will be focusing on key themes on building a comprehensive crisis management unit and involving various stakeholders to manage tolerance levels of safety, remediation and recovery to normalcy.
