- Introduction
- The 4th World Psoriasis & Psoriatic Arthritis Conference, will provide us with the opportunity to address and discuss a broad spectrum of topics related to psoriasis. In particular we will highlight the innovations which have an impact for the patient of today and tomorrow.
The purpose of the conference is to elucidate the disease from a number of scientific aspects. At the first conference, in 2006, the focus was on clarifying the connection between psoriasis of the skin and psoriatic arthritis. At the second conference, in 2009, we moved on to present an aggregated picture of psoriasis as a complex, chronic, inflammatory disease that can affect several of the body’s organs through a number of comorbidities. The third conference, in 2012, presented psoriasis as a global health challenge. - Useful Links
