- Our 6th Argus Middle East and Indian Ocean Oil Products conference will provide a platform for industry experts to come together to discuss and debate the key issues facing the supply and demand and logistics of petroleum product supply in the region. Once of the main challenges is identifying demand for the surplus of oil products particularly ULSD from the new regional mega refineries.
