- Introduction
- The main objective of the course is to provide an introduction to the international regulation of trade in energy at both multilateral and regional levels. The emphasis is on ensuring the proper understanding of how governmental measures affecting trade in energy goods and services are regulated under the rules of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), Energy Charter, and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
