The conference will provide an insight into recent trends and existing good practice in educational leadership. Participants will have a deeper understanding of the changing framework and the changes in the everyday life of school leaders. Workshops will offer practical guidance. National networks will be strengthened by sharing ideas, developing friendships and establishing informal networks. This will be an occasion to join the network in a national or European context – establishing a formal or an informal cooperation.
