- On behalf of the Scientific Committee and the Local Organising Committee, welcome to the 7th Baltic Congress of Neurology - BALCONE
BALCONE Congresses are held every three years since 1994 when the first BALCONE was held in Tallinn, Estonia. BALCONE is not only a regional but also an international forum for professional neurologists.
We are very pleased to host the 7th BALCONE in Tartu, the second largest city in Estonia. Tartu is particularly famous for its old university, founded in 1632 by King Gustavus II Adolphus of Sweden as Academia Gustaviana. It is the university that has shaped Tartu over the past centuries. - Useful Links
