- Introduction
- The first step on the road to achieving our vision is an England free of rough sleeping. No second night out is the standard by which we will judge whether we have ended rough sleeping. In its strategy: Vision for ending rough sleeping: No Second Night Out, the Government has called on every local authority to adopt the No Second Night Out Standard; to ensure that that there is a quick and effective response from services in any area to help an individual off of the streets, should someone find themselves sleeping rough.
