It is a great pleasure to welcome you to Cairo- Egypt to the International Meeting of the Egyptian Society of Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery in Collaboration with the American Academy of Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Semiramis Intercontinental Hotel, Cairo, Egypt, on January 11th 13th, 2012.

Egypt, the land of the pharaohs, has been one of the earliest centers of cultural, scientific and medical developments.

Cairo, "Mother of the World", a vivid mixture of diverse neighborhood of various architectural styles and centuries reveal its cosmopolitan scent and reflect the mingling of different economic, cultural and historical trends that have shaped the city to be one of the most populated and amazingly attractive cities in this part of the world. Besides, Cairo is the land of the most effective revolution in the modern era or maybe in all times which is the 25th January, 2011 revolution. The Egyptian doctors and medical caravans, that existed in AL Tahrir square played a great rule is saving a lot of injured people. This revolution has put Egyptian nation in a very respectable place among all nations and so we will work to put the Egyptian medicine in ORL field at the same place.

We would like to invite all colleagues and participants from globe to submit abstracts on head and neck specialty whether clinical or experimental as well as researches for head and neck surgery. Abstracts must be written exclusively in English, concise and clear, highlighting the most relevant aspects, findings and conclusions. It is highly recommended to use the standard abbreviations and avoid unusual or uncommon ones.
