- Introduction
This symposium is the 11th symposium of a series, started 1988, to discuss the subjects of nuclear astrophysics and related fields. This symposium provides good occasions of meeting researchers in different fields of physics, astronomy, cosmochemistry, etc. Specifically, this time the symposium emphasizes two topics, RI beam experiments for explosive astrophysical phenomena, and first-generation stars and the evolution in the early universe. The scientific program will include the following subjects: 1. Big Bang Cosmology and Primordial Nucleosynthesis 2. First Generation Stars and Galactic Chemical Evolution 3. Astronomical Observations with Light, X-Ray, Gamma-Ray, and Cosmic-Ray 4. Stellar Evolutions and Hydrostatic Burning Processes 5. Experimental Nuclear Physics for Astrophysics 6. Theoretical Nuclear Physics for Astrophysics 7. Explosive Stellar Objects and Nuclear Physics 8. Meteorite Analysis and Isotopic Abundance 9. Neutron Star and High Density Matter 10. Nuclear Data for Astrophysics and Related Topics Special Session. Radioactive Beams for Astrophysics
