  • The global photovoltaic (PV) product is increasing exponentially in recent years, and the total installation amount has exceeded 13GW in 2008. This means that we are now entering the PV era and the PV will surely play an important role of the infrastructure energy sources in near future. In order to continue with these rates of progress, we have to make even greater efforts in the fundamental and applied subjects of scientific and engineering fields in PV developments.
