  • Sunflower Oil is obtained from sunflower seeds. Refined sunflower oil is high in polyunsaturated fats and low in saturated fats. It has a fairly high smoke point so it is an excellent choice for cooking. Sunflower Oil is used as a salad oil and in the manufacture of margarine, etc. Sunflower oil is light oil, rich in vitamin E as well as an excellent source of lecithin, which is used to rejuvenate and protect skin.
