- Microcrystalline Cellulose consists mainly of crystalline cellulose obtained from pulp. Crystalline cellulose is white, odorless and tasteless. It is insoluble in water, in dilute acids and in most organic solvents: practically insoluble in Sodium Hydroxide. Crystalline cellulose is suitable for various applications of foods, cosmetics, medicines and various industrial products.
