Some varieties have iron, potassium and folic acid. Rice is used in soup, croquette, stuffing, salad, pudding, pie and cake. It is used to stuff vegetables. It is made into noodles (rice noodles), dried cereal, syrup, wine, vinegar, miso and alcoholic drinks.
