  • Vegetable fat is any fat or oil that has a plant origin rather than an animal origin. Olive oil, coconut oil, corn oil, rapeseed oil, etc etc are all vegetable fats. Trans fats are (usually) vegetable fats that have been treated so that they behave more like animal fats (ie like lard). Calories in vegetable depends on source. Generally varies from 120 Kcal to 124 Kcal in one teaspoon.
